Lunch at 3.45? No worries – baby spinach, hommous, sundried tomato, roast beef, spring onions, chargrilled eggplant, red capsicum and cucumber
Afghan bread, poached egg, spinach sautéed in balsamic vinegar and haloumi. Plus coffee I couldn’t keep myself from drinking before I took a photo!
I wonder what would happen if I were to take a photo and blog EVERY. SINGLE. THING. I put in my big fat gob over the next week – until I leave for New Zealand? That’s actually only about 5 days. Calories don’t count in NZ cos I’ll be trying to get myself through a marathon of classes.
Hmmm.
