It’s a new week tomorrow, and to make it even better, I have 3 bodystep classes to teach! YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!
I really couldn’t care less as to whether group fitness is the ‘most effective’ method of training or not. If I get people turning up and enjoying fitness, I’m happy 🙂
My apartment is tidier than it was at the start of the weekend, my blog is still on the default, I HAVE actually paid my bills but I haven’t sorted my camera out.
My biggest success though, is still writing a blog post despite my failure. 🙂
